  • No illegal content (drugs, weapons, criminal activity).
  • Do not post private information of others without their consent.

4. Age Requirement

  • You must be 18 years or older to use Toua.
  • We will remove accounts belonging to underage users.

5. Respect Boundaries

  • If someone blocks you, do not try to contact them again.
  • Always respect when someone says “no” or “not interested.”
  • Consent is required in all interactions, both online and offline.

6. Location & Safety

  • Use location features responsibly.
  • Do not share your home address, banking info, or other sensitive details with strangers.
  • If you meet someone in person, choose a public place and let a friend know.

7. No Misuse of the App

  • Do not use Toua for commercial purposes, advertising, or selling services.
  • Do not scam, defraud, or solicit money from others.
  • Do not attempt to hack, manipulate, or misuse the app.

8. Reporting & Enforcement

  • If you see suspicious or inappropriate behaviour, report it using the in-app report feature or contact us directly.
  • We may warn, suspend, or permanently ban users who violate these guidelines.
  • Serious violations may be reported to law enforcement.
