1. How do I reset my password?
- On the login screen, tap “Forgot Password” and follow the steps to reset via your email.
2. How do I update my profile?
- Go to your profile screen → Edit your details → Save.
3. Why can’t I see location features?
Very important! If you're not grant location permission in your phone, the app functionality will not work for you.
- Make sure you’ve granted location permission in your phone’s settings.
- On iOS: Settings → Toua → Location.
- On Android: Settings → Apps → Toua → Permissions.
When choose the location permission, you should choose "While Using the App" or "Always" in IOS.
4. How do I upgrade to Premium?
- Go to the In-app store / Upgrade section in the app.
- Choose your subscription and complete the purchase through the App Store or Google Play.
5. How do I delete my account?
- Go to Settings → Delete Account.
- Please note: deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone.
